Our apartments are pet-friendly, and you and your pup can socialize at our off-leash, fenced-in dog park. Let them run free and stretch their legs while you relax and connect with other resident dog owners.

Our residents enjoy a modern gym with a wide range of fitness equipment and free weights that allows them to get the workout they want without leaving the comfort of home.

In our patio area, you’ll also find our lakeside firepit—one of the most popular gathering places for our residents. We provide plenty of wood for burning as the weather starts to get cooler.

Many residents love to start their mornings on our lakeside boardwalk, walking their dogs or sitting on benches just feet from the water to drink their coffee.

Both our North and South Garages are heated for comfort year-round. We also provide a no-charge resident car wash station in our indoor garage and free outdoor parking so our residents have plenty of spaces.

You can enjoy fishing in Lake Erie right from our lakeside boardwalk. Residents regularly catch catfish, perch, and smallmouth bass.

On the main level of our complex, you’ll find standard, hot-rock, men’s and women’s saunas. Our residents love that these are conveniently near the gym.

Our lakefront conference room provides a beautiful, direct view of the water and can comfortably host 8 people. It’s free for residents to reserve and includes desks and a printer for your use.

This real grass space sits between the north end of our building and the swimming pool, offering a great view of the lake and sunset. People gather here to play cornhole, walk their dogs, sit on the loveseat swing, and let their kids play.

Relax lakeside or work from home in the Community Room. Residents can rent our beautiful community room as an event space for parties or large gatherings of up to 40 people.
